Since 1977, this yearly benefit, formerly known as the Crystal + Lucy Awards®, supports WIF’s programs, and our advocacy for gender parity throughout the industry.

OSCAR NOMINEES PARTY :

Since 2007, WIF has convened the only event celebrating women nominated for Academy Awards®. This highly-anticipated event promotes the visibility of women’s achievements in storytelling through film: building cultural value and creating strength in community.

WIF SALONS :

Quarterly during the year, we will bring together cohorts of female and gender expansive creators, executives and icons. Salons are an opportunity for Impact as thought leaders come together in intimate settings to strategize, connect and work to advance equality across the screen industries.

CAREER PROGRAMMING EVENTS :

Throughout the year, WIF builds community through screenings, panel conversations, and professional development programming such as networking events and skill-building workshops.
